Who we are
Goetz Imaginative sells original hand-painted artwork by Tom Goetz, along with prints and merchandise featuring that artwork. You can reach us at goetzimaginative@gmail.com.
Purchases
- Original paintings are one-of-a-kind. Once an original is sold, it's gone — prints may remain available.
- Prints and merchandise are produced on demand by our fulfillment partners and shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping & returns
Shipping times and return details are described on our shipping and returns pages. If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Commissions
Custom artwork requests are handled individually. Scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed by email before any work begins. Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Tom Goetz / Goetz Imaginative unless otherwise noted. Purchasing an original or print gives you ownership of the physical item, not the copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempting to break things, no using the contact forms to send spam.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goetz Imaginative is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
