Your wedding moment, painted live by Tom Goetz.

Tom sets up his easel at your celebration and paints a moment from the day while it happens. Your guests watch it come together, and you keep an original painting of your wedding.

A wedding Tom painted

Tom Goetz's painting of a wedding ceremony under a white gazebo in a tropical garden: the couple at the altar with their wedding party, guests seated on white chairs either side of the aisle, palms and thatched umbrellas behind.

What it is

Photographs keep the whole day. A painting keeps one moment, the way it felt. Tom paints on canvas, by hand, the same way he paints in the studio, only this time in the room with you.

Most couples choose the big moment, the ceremony or the first dance. You can also choose something else: the view you picked the venue for, or a scene only the two of you would think of. Tom paints it from life as the day goes on.

How it works

  1. Check your date

Send the short form below with your date and venue. You will get a reply by email.

  2. Talk it through

You and Tom agree the moment, the canvas size, timing on the day and any travel. A 50% retainer holds your date; the balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

  3. On the day

Tom sets up his easel at the venue and paints while the celebration goes on.

  4. Your painting

Tom usually adds finishing touches in the studio afterwards, so allow up to 30 days before your painting is ready. Delivery is agreed when you book.

Where, when and how much

Tom is based in South Florida and can travel for weddings further afield. Tell us where yours is in the form.

Pricing depends on the canvas size, the scene you choose and any travel, so every wedding gets its own quote.

Popular dates go early, so it's best to get in touch 6 to 12 months before your wedding. Tom needs at least four weeks' notice.
