How It Works
Fill out the form with your idea, size preference, and budget. Tom will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss, confirm details, and take a 50% deposit to begin work.

- 50% deposit to begin — paid via Stripe; remainder due on completion
- Progress updates — Tom shares WIP photos so you can see it coming to life

Can you paint any character or subject? +
Pretty much anything — movie characters, game characters, pets, people, cars, places. If you have a reference image, even better. The more detail you give Tom, the better the result.
How long does a commission take? +
Typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and Tom's current queue. He'll give you an honest timeline before you commit. If you have a deadline, mention it in the form.
Shipping +
All prints and merch are printed on demand and shipped directly from our print partner. Production takes 3–5 business days, then ships in 3–7 business days domestically — typical delivery of 7–12 business days from order date. Tracking is included on every order. International orders ship worldwide; delivery times vary by destination.
Originals are carefully hand-packaged by Tom and shipped with full tracking. Domestic (US) delivery typically 3–7 business days. International shipping is available — contact us for a quote before ordering.
Shipping cost is confirmed with you before any payment is collected. Tom will advise on the best method based on size and destination.
Returns & Refunds +
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll get a replacement out to you at no charge.
All original canvas sales are final. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind original and cannot be restocked. If your painting arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve it.
Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Tom shares progress photos throughout so you can raise any concerns early. The deposit secures your spot in the queue; the remainder is due on completion.
