Can you paint any character or subject? +

Pretty much anything — movie characters, game characters, pets, people, cars, places. If you have a reference image, even better. The more detail you give Tom, the better the result.

How long does a commission take? +

Typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and Tom's current queue. He'll give you an honest timeline before you commit. If you have a deadline, mention it in the form.

How does shipping work? +

Originals are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are confirmed before checkout. Domestic (US) typically 3–7 business days. International shipping available — contact for a quote.

What's the return policy? +

Because each piece is custom made, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Tom shares WIP photos so you can flag any concerns early. If the painting arrives damaged, contact within 7 days for a resolution.
